5.2 Risk of Loss

All shipments are FOB shipping point. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@heroleds.com or call us at 888-385-1896. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

Our Products are covered under a limited warranty, as described in the product documentation provided with your purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.
